For the past twenty years I've had the pleasure of cooking for folks from Cape Cod to the Bahamas. My love of family, food, health, and happiness has kept me in the kitchen striving for the perfect recipe.

I am grateful to my mother for always sharing her knowledge of food and the kitchen. To this day the memory of my mom's making chicken soup and homemade meatballs every Saturday lives on. I can still taste that "special" meatball sandwich she always had time to make for me… thanks, Mom. And thanks to my grandmother 'Minnie' whom I watched as a young boy making homemade pasta and so many other wonderful treats. I also had the pleasure of being personal taster for both my mother and grandmother. What a treat it was and still is to this day. Food and eating has always been sacred ground for our family; lunch at noon, dinner at six. Thus my passion for food and cooking was born.

After many years in the restaurant business, from tending bar to tending the soup kettles (and let's not forget washing all those dishes), it was time for me to start enjoying the fruits of my love: cooking and making people happy.
