All dressings are served on the side.

All salads have a short shelve life so they will only be served day of service unless otherwise noted.

All salads are priced extra from meal service. Price will include all dressings and condiments.

Homemade dressings can be purchased separately.

All meat that needs to be grilled will be left portioned and marinated along with grilling instructions. Meats can be grilled by me and then frozen. But for best results grilling should be done on the night you plan to eat.

Pork, Lamb, and Veal
